The programme
Community Midwife (CMW)
Community Midwives care for mothers and newborns in their own communities — during pregnancy, at birth and in the weeks that follow — and know when to refer to a hospital.

Who can apply
- Matric (Arts or Science) with at least 40% marksEither group is accepted.
- Female candidates onlyThis programme is open to women.
- Age 14 to 35 yearsAt the time of admission.
- Sindh domicileApplicants must hold a domicile of Sindh.
All candidates sit an entry test and interview conducted by NINSS, followed by a medical fitness examination.
